This commission info is specifically for cat illustration commission only.

1. Simple cat & plain background

Important info

  • Additional cats can be added for half prices, on top of the original cost of the commission.

  • Working time 3-7 days.

  • Free revision max 3 times.

  • After confirming the price, payment via bank-in (RM) and for international client via PayPal. An invoice will be send to international client and should be paid within 48 hours, otherwise it will be regarded as an automatic cancellation of the entrustment. Once full payment is received, I will start sketching.

Work process

Submit order > Full payment > First confirmation (draft) > Second confirmation > Done and receiving artwork

Terms of service

These terms of service will be used between the artist (everidayyou) and the client.
By engaging an artist to provide any services, you hereby agree to the following terms of service.

  • 1. Payment:
    - International: PayPal (USD).
    - Malaysia: By bank-in (RM) or PayPal (USD). If bank-in is used, there will be no invoice, and the artist will directly send the bank information to the client.
    - PayPal or bank transfer fees are included in the price.
    - Please only pay when told to.
    - Please pay within 48 hours after receiving the payment notification , otherwise the order will be deemed to be automatically canceled. If the client needs more time, please let the artist know in advance.

  • 2. Cancellation/Refund
    - If the artist does not send the invoice or payment notice to the client, the client has the right to cancel the commission.
    - The artist has the right to refuse the commission.
    - After receiving the payment, unless the artist cancels the commission, the entrusting party shall not request the artist to refund under any circumstances. Once work has begun, no full refunds will be given. If we cancel the entrustment, part of the payment will be refunded according to the current stage of the entrusted work.

  • 3. Copyright:
    For non-profit commission:
    - Non-profit commissions are for personal use only.
    - The commissioner must give credit to the artist when using it.
    - The artist has the right to use the commissioned work in any form as the artist is the creator of the work. The artist is free to use commissioned work in self-promotion and portfolio purposes. The artist is free to print the artwork for sales and distribution. When used, the artist will not misrepresent the original design.

    For commercial use commission:
    - The commissioner must give credit to the artist when using it.
    - The artist doesn't have the right to re-sell the commission for another commercial business.
    - The artist is free to use the commission in self-promotion and portfolio. The artist is free to print artwork for sales and distribution. When using, the artist will not misrepresent the original designs.
    Purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will be double of the original price

The artist reserves the right to change any statement.
